Jobtailor in Belgium seeks an experienced solution engineer to design and deploy Palantir Foundry pipelines and ontology models for defence and security scenarios, collaborating with stakeholders and traveling across Europe.

You will own end-to-end deployments, integrate intelligence into workflows, and develop operator-facing apps while ensuring security and compliance in air-gapped or on-premise environments.

Qualifications

Strong engineering background in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, physics or an equally technical field.
Hands-on Palantir Foundry experience with pipelines, ontology, Compute Modules, Code Repositories, Workbooks and application development
Fluency in at least one of Python, Java, SQL, TypeScript, JavaScript, Bash
Three years or more of professional software or forward-deployed / solutions engineering experience shipping systems into production
Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar platform architectures and data models
Experience with Docker or Podman, Kubernetes or OpenShift, Linux, networking and on-premise fundamentals
Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Willingness to travel and work on site in secure customer facilities
Candidates must have the right to work in the EU, or be UK-based
Nice to have: experience delivering software in classified, air-gapped or disconnected environments
Nice to have: defence, intelligence, national-security or emergency-management background
Nice to have: geospatial platforms and common-operating-picture tooling such as Esri or ArcGIS
Nice to have: front-end frameworks and data-rich operator applications
Nice to have: familiarity with NATO and national defence accreditation and compliance
Nice to have: a second European language

Responsabilités
