3E in Brussels seeks a Solar & BESS Energy Engineer to sustain growth and support customer needs from our headquarters. You will perform energy yield calculations, analyse results, and conduct feasibility studies while inspecting sites across projects in the EMEA region.

Initially you will work on projects under a colleague and progressively take on project management tasks. The role blends field inspections with desk studies and customer interactions in a dynamic renewable energy environment.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Strong organisational and technical writing skills.
Ability to handle several projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel for short trips abroad.
Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

Perform energy yield calculations using industry software and internal tools.
Analyse results and produce client reports.
Perform technical feasibility studies.
Conduct site inspections before, during and after construction.
Interact with customers as needed and grow into project management responsibilities.
