ROB OPALFVENS BV is seeking a Business Developer – Renewable Energy based in Belgium. In this role, you'll identify and develop large-scale innovative renewable energy projects, including Solar, Wind, EV charging infrastructure, and Energy Management Systems.

Job description

• As a Business Developer – Renewable Energy you’ll be identifying, initiating and developing large & innovative Solar, Wind, EV charging infrastructure, Energy Management System (EMS) and BESS projects.
• You’ll be creating a business development plan for the Renewable Energy strategy and be enlarging your contact list with potential clients using leads, your personal network and prospection.
• As a Business Developer – Renewable Energy you’ll be educating clients on the features and technical specifications; you’ll be formulating a business plan that benefit both the clients and the organization. You’re always aiming for win-win outcomes.
• You’ll be securing renewable installation and infrastructure projects: contracts for installing innovative hybrid Wind turbines, large Solar installations on rooftops or ground‑mounted systems, EV charging projects, BESS, Energy Management System (EMS) projects, etc.
• As a Business Developer – Renewable Energy you act as the primary contact for local and regional stakeholders; you’ll identify growth possibilities and propose ideas for hybrid Solar, Wind, EV charging installations, Energy Management System (EMS) and BESS opportunities.
• You’ll be building partnerships with multiple stakeholders to increase visibility and lead generation, you’ll participating in internal meetings with the business development and project management teams.
