Artemys, on behalf of Enerdeal, seeks an Asset Performance and Maintenance Manager to oversee a portfolio of solar PV assets. The role combines asset management, performance optimization, and maintenance oversight to maximize returns and client satisfaction.

You will manage SPV and O&M contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with fiduciaries. Travel within Belgium/Luxembourg and occasional France trips are expected.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in solar PV, renewables, or asset management.
• Proven experience in O&M, performance monitoring, and client relations.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; good English.
• Strong reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Act as SPOC for each asset/SPV after handover.
• Manage leases, PPAs, green certificates, and energy revenues.
• Oversee costs: loans, EPC, O&M, insurance; regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with fiduciaries and VAT/accounting interfaces.
• Ensure insurance coverage and claims follow-up.
• Monitor performance vs plan; update performance models.
• Prepare quarterly performance reports for management and investors.
• Oversee O&M activities to maximize uptime and safety.
• Provide regular client/investor reporting and maintain relationships.
