ENGIE Belgium is seeking a Program Manager to monitor and optimize the performance of assets and contracts within the Local Energy Infrastructures unit. Based in Brussels, you will lead performance KPIs, develop action plans, and coordinate with legal, development, and deployment teams to ensure optimal contract terms and asset performance.
The role requires a university degree in management/finance with several years of experience in asset monitoring, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in
Qualifications
- University degree in Management / Finance or equivalent, with ideally at least 3 years of successful experience in asset monitoring and a solid understanding of business plans and contracts, including negotiation skills with operational partners.
- Experience or knowledge in legal, commercial, and/or procurement fields is an asset.
- Good knowledge of the EV charging market or the electricity market is a plus.

- Performance monitoring & optimization of assets and contracts.
- Contract monitoring, optimization, and risk assessment.
- Partner management and main point of contact for land partners during operations.
- Reporting for internal and external stakeholders and contract management.
