ENGIE Belgium in Brussels is seeking a Program Manager to join the Local Energy Infrastructures team. You will monitor and optimize asset performance, manage contracts and liaise with land partners across Belgium.
You will lead performance KPIs, drive improvement plans, and coordinate with Legal, Development and Deployment teams. Strong negotiation and multi-stakeholder skills are essential.
Qualifications
- University degree in Management / Finance or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in asset monitoring and contracts.
- Strong negotiation with partners and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the EV charging market or electricity market is a plus.
- Excellent command of Dutch and French, and professional proficiency in English.
Responsabilités
- Monitor and optimize asset performance and contracts.
- Define and implement performance improvement plans.
- Manage land partner relationships and reporting.
- Negotiate terms with legal, development and deployment teams.
- Oversee contract KPIs and risk assessment.
- Lead responses to penalties and disputes with Legal support.
