Tekst is hiring a skilled software engineer to mentor peers, design scalable systems, and drive high-quality delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and help implement best practices across the development lifecycle.

With 4+ years of experience, you will work on AWS-based architectures, Node.js, and TypeScript, ensuring efficient API consumption and scalable performance in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of practical software engineering experience.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS).
• Deep experience in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Deep knowledge of HTTP-based API consumption.
• Deep system design experience focused on scalability and performance.

Responsabilités

• Mentor at all levels: provide constructive feedback, conduct code reviews, and offer technical guidance to junior engineers and peers.
• Help with System Design: participate in designing and implementing systems, and optimize current ones for performance and cost efficiency.
• Bring your best practices: champion software development standards, testing methodologies, and efficient development processes.
• Strategic vision: participate in defining project roadmaps, contribute to risk assessment and execution, and ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Collaboration: work closely with cross-functional product teams to understand and translate requirements into solutions.
