Job Description

We are building a new enterprise software category we call Process Intelligence—a layer that finally lets AI agents work at scale on the back‑office processes that actually matter.

We need to make sure that when a CIO, COO, or VP Operations searches for "AI agents in the enterprise," "process intelligence," or "automating quote-to-cash," Tekst is the answer they find on Google, in ChatGPT, and on the paid channels where buyers show real intent. That is why this role exists.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and scale SEO so that Tekst ranks for every search a buyer makes about agentic AI in the enterprise, from broad category terms to long‑tail process queries.
• Build and scale GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) so that Tekst is the answer when buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Claude about Process Intelligence and AI agents.
• Run paid search (SEA) campaigns that turn qualified intent into pipeline. You own the budget, the experiments, and the numbers.
• Work closely with our agency to turn category narrative into search‑ready assets: pillar pages, comparison pages, programmatic SEO, and content that AI search engines actually surface.
• Report weekly on what is working and what is not, with a clear line from search visibility to qualified pipeline.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS inbound marketing, with proven results in SEO and SEA.
• Hands‑on experience with the modern search stack: Search Console, Ahrefs or similar, GA4, Google Ads, and the emerging GEO toolkit.
• Comfortable using AI as a working partner. You use Claude and Cursor daily to move faster.
• Strong analytical instincts. You think in funnels, conversion rates, and CAC.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
