Vivid Resourcing Ltd hires a Software Engineer for a travel SaaS company based in Antwerp. You will help build and scale the platform, balancing front-end and back-end work using React, Node, and TypeScript.

On behalf of a travel SaaS company based in Antwerp, we're looking for a Software Engineer to help build and grow their platform.

This is a company building software for the travel industry - the kind of product that's genuinely used day-to-day by real businesses, not a shelved internal tool. They're growing, and they're investing in their engineering team to match.

They're after a Software Engineer who's genuinely comfortable across the stack: React on the front end, Node on the back end, and TypeScript tying it all together. You won't be boxed into one layer - expect to move between building user-facing features and the APIs/services behind them.

There's also real appetite here for AI. If you've got experience with agentic AI, or you've been experimenting with AI-powered features and frameworks within the TypeScript ecosystem, that's a genuine plus, not just a buzzword on the ad. Same goes for AWS or cloud experience more broadly - useful, but not a dealbreaker if your core engineering skills are strong.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining features across the stack in React, Node, and TypeScript
• Working closely with product and design to ship things that actually get used
• Contributing to the architecture and technical direction of the platform
• Exploring and integrating AI capabilities where they genuinely add value
• Writing clean, maintainable code and taking part in code reviews

Your Profile:

• Strong, hands-on experience with React, Node, and TypeScript
• A solid understanding of building and consuming APIs
• Comfortable working across the full stack rather than staying in one lane
• Curious and proactive - someone who wants to understand the "why," not just the "what"

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Exposure to agentic AI or other AI frameworks within the TypeScript ecosystem
• Experience in SaaS or travel-tech environments
