NN Group in Brussels is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape and grow our insurance solutions for small businesses and self-employed clients. You will lead product development, govern all lifecycle stages from concept to launch, and work with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure profitable offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager within an insurance company.
• Experience as underwriting assistant or underwriter within this segment is asset.
• Strong knowledge of business insurance across areas (Property, Motor, Liability, etc.).
• Fluent in Dutch and good command of French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead product development for small businesses and self-employed clients.
• Coordinate full product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Monitor market trends and translate into innovative product solutions.
• Define positioning of product portfolio across market and distribution channels.
• Analyze market data and distributor needs to support decision-making.
• Monitor profitability and initiate improvements.
