Job summary

Worldline is seeking a Platform Engineer/SRE to join our team responsible for the Worldline Authorization software suite, including WLP FO. You will ensure system reliability, automate pipelines, and support both on-call and incident response activities across production environments.

We value experts in Linux, databases, Kubernetes, and cloud tooling who can drive improvements in monitoring, incident management, and CI/CD, collaborating with global teams to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Linux-based systems.
• Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases.
• Scripting skills in Korn shell and/or Python; Kubernetes experience preferred.
• Solid CI/CD and cloud familiarity (GCP, Terraform, GitLab).
• Strong monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana; incident tooling (PagerDuty).

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance, availability, and reliability of systems and apps, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Maintain the Application Platform and implement monitoring/alerting.
• Participate in incident response and post-mortems; lead outages if needed.
• Drive automation to improve CI/CD pipelines and operations.
• Handle on-call duties and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
