ILIAS Solutions is seeking a CARE Platform Operations Engineer to keep mission-critical environments moving. Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Solid understanding of Windows, Linux, Azure, networking, security and IAM.

Responsabilités

• Handle technical escalations, including critical incidents and platform defects requiring investigation.
• Analyze root causes across infrastructure, applications, databases, cloud, security and network layers.
• Improve service reliability by identifying technical debt and incident trends; define preventive improvements.
• Validate and execute complex releases, changes and deployment activities with risk reduction through automation.
• Enhance automation, monitoring, observability and IaC practices to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product Engineering, Support and Security during major incidents and customer initiatives.
