Job summary

Safran in Belgium is seeking an Operations Shift Manager to guide a multidisciplinary team and ensure delivery of the production plan. You will convert weekly planning into daily schedules, deploying the right people and resources to meet deadlines.

You will coach and motivate your team, support professional growth, and influence overall operational success in a demanding environment. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is required while shift work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Electromechanics required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong people management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver the production plan.
• Turn weekly planning into a clear daily schedule and allocate resources.
• Coach, motivate and develop the team to ensure flawless execution.
• Report to the Operations Manager and Operations Director.
