Bleckmann in Belgium is seeking a Supervisor to lead the team on either the early or late shift. You will manage Team Leaders and warehouse staff, drive department objectives, and propose improvements based on customer satisfaction data.

You will analyze results, optimize productivity, shorten lead times, and coach colleagues in a continuous improvement environment. The role reports to the Operation Manager and requires Dutch and English proficiency, a strong leadership track, and flexibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master level education required.
• Strong leadership and experience managing large teams.
• Solid knowledge of logistics processes and warehouse operations.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with MS Office and warehouse management systems.

Responsabilités

• Achieve departmental objectives and drive performance.
• Analyze departmental results and identify improvement opportunities.
• Improve productivity and efficiency; reduce lead times.
• Coach and motivate team members; train new employees.
• Serve as point of contact with internal teams and suppliers.
• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and staff.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Report to the Operation Manager.
