Job summary

Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels, based at Brussels Airport (Zaventem), is seeking an Operations Line Manager to lead assembly, disassembly, and inspection teams in a high-performance aerospace environment.

You will ensure daily workshop operations run safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with customer, aviation, and Safran standards, delivering engine shop visit milestones on time while upholding quality and safety.

We are currently hiring an Operations Line Manager to reinforce and support our Operations teams.

Your job:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you lead assembly, disassembly, and inspection teams within a high-performance aerospace environment. You ensure daily workshop operations run safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with customer, aviation, and Safran standards. Your focus is on delivering engine shop visit milestones on time while maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety.
