Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels, based at Brussels Airport, is hiring an Operations Shift Manager to reinforce and support our production teams in a high- tech aerospace MRO environment. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, convert weekly plans into daily schedules, and ensure flawless execution to meet production targets.

We seek a Bachelor/Master in Electromechanics with 3–5 years in industry, strong people management, and fluency in Dutch, French and English.

Your role:

• You are a natural leader, guiding and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to successfully deliver the production plan.
• You make things happen, turning weekly planning into a clear daily schedule and deploying the right people and resources to get the job done.
• As a coach and motivator, you ensure flawless execution, support your team's growth, and directly impact the success of our operations.
• In this role you report to the Operations Manager and Operations Director.

• You are communicative and fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• You are flexible, ready to work in shifts (Monday to Friday: 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm).
