Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels, based at Brussels Airport, is hiring an Operations Shift Manager to reinforce and support our production teams in a high- tech aerospace MRO environment. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, convert weekly plans into daily schedules, and ensure flawless execution to meet production targets.

We seek a Bachelor/Master in Electromechanics with 3–5 years in industry, strong people management, and fluency in Dutch, French and English.

• Bachelor or Master in Electromechanics
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment
• Strong people management skills and the drive to take on new challenges
• Analytical and resilient under pressure with deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver the production plan
• Turn weekly planning into a clear daily schedule, deploying people and resources
• Ensure flawless execution and growth of the team while supporting operational success
• Report to the Operations Manager and Operations Director
