Rhox in Belgium’s energy and utilities sector seeks a Senior Functional Test Manager to lead test coordination across business and technology stakeholders, covering functional, integration, acceptance and end-to-end testing.

You will plan, execute and track tests in a Jira-based environment, coach colleagues, align analysts and suppliers, and contribute to shift-left practices to improve software quality and release readiness.

Qualifications

Five+ years as a Test Coordinator or Lead Tester.
Five+ years as a Test Specialist.
Experience testing in an Agile/Scrum project.
Four years developing tests in a test management tool, preferably Jira.
Experience with formal test methods and techniques.
Experience coordinating test activities among business, analysts, developers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Experience coordinating functional, integration, acceptance and end‑to‑end testing.
Clear communication skills and a hands‑on approach.

Responsabilités

Plan and coordinate test activities for projects and agile application teams.
Lead functional, integration, acceptance and end‑to‑end test execution.
Align business representatives, analysts, developers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Create and manage tests in a test management tool such as Jira.
Track test results, risks and defects in a structured way.
