Rhox in Belgium seeks a Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead IT service delivery in a complex, multi-provider setup, applying ITIL and SIAM governance. The role focuses on coordinating providers across the service lifecycle and driving performance improvements.

You will monitor KPIs, SLAs, risks and incidents, lead service reviews, and ensure effective change and problem management while aligning with government context requirements. Proficiency in FR/EN/NL is expected.

Qualifications

• 10 years in Service Delivery Management and IT Service Management with expert ITIL knowledge.
• 5 years in multi-provider governance and coordination.
• 5 years in escalation and risk management.
• Expert stakeholder management in complex environments.
• SIAM and end-to-end service management experience.
• Experience in a defence or equivalent government context.
• French, English and Dutch at B2.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate internal and external providers across the service lifecycle.
• Track KPIs, SLAs, performance, risks, issues and escalations.
• Lead operational and tactical service reviews.
• Follow incidents, recurring problems, changes and improvement actions.
• Report service performance and identify improvements.
