WLG seeks a Service Transition Lead to shape strategy, plans and policies for IT transition across a portfolio of programmes. The role is based on-site in Belgium, with responsibilities that ensure transitions are delivered on time and with full supportability.

You will guide project teams on transition planning, review proposals, and help embed transition activities, while supporting senior management and acting as a deputy when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience, or six years of progressive experience.
• At least two years in Service Management in a medium-to-large organisation.
• Extensive experience of Service Transition Management across multiple industries.
• Track record advising on service management and improvement techniques.
• Ability to manage time and maintain quality under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Help create the Service Transition strategy, plans and policies aligned to business objectives and industry practice.
• Provide transition planning and support guidance to programmes and projects.
• Ensure transition activities are planned and executed on time.
• Review and update project proposals so transition planning and support is embedded.
• Support the Senior Transition and Assurance Manager in developing strategies and templates for implementation.
• Deputise for senior management when required.
