WLG in Belgium is seeking a Service Transition Specialist to shape and implement IT transition plans across a portfolio of programmes. You will guide delivery teams, review proposals for transition content, and ensure activities are on schedule and high quality.

The role is full-time on-site in Braine-l'Alleud from late September to the end of December 2026. Strong experience in service management and transition across industries is required, with the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience, or six years of progressive experience.
• At least two years in Service Management in a medium-to-large organisation.
• Extensive experience in Service Transition Management across multiple industries.
• Track record advising on service management and service improvement techniques.
• Ability to manage time and maintain quality under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Help create the Service Transition strategy, plans and policies aligned to objectives.
• Provide transition planning and support guidance to programmes and projects.
• Ensure transition activities are planned and executed on time.
• Review and update proposals to include transition planning and support.
• Support the Senior Transition and Assurance Manager in developing strategies and templates for implementing and evaluating IT transition planning and support.
• Depuitse for senior management when required.
