Accelleron Benelux B.V. is seeking a Service Sales Specialist to drive service sales across installed base by collaborating with local, regional and global teams.

You will build trusted, long-term relationships and respond to customers' turbocharging requirements with urgency and professionalism. The role emphasizes customer centricity, strong product knowledge, and a proactive approach to sales strategy, pricing, and contract execution within the maritime and power sectors.

Qualifications

• Higher Education in a commercial field; 1–5 years of service sales experience ideally in the power plant and/or marine sectors.
• Turbocharging and/or engine services sales experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Implements Service sales strategy and penetrates the installed base.
• Promotes service agreements, upgrades and value-add solutions to customers; reviews plans and recovery options.
• Identifies sales opportunities to achieve volume and margin targets.
• Establishes sustainable customer relationships and ensures satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Sells the entire Service offering portfolio and communicates contract details per strategy.
