Accelleron, a global technology leader in turbocharging, fuel injection and digital solutions, seeks a Service Sales Specialist to drive installed base penetration and promote the full service portfolio in collaboration with local, regional and global teams.

You will build trustworthy, sustainable customer relationships, respond quickly to turbocharging requirements, and advance the company’s service offerings while ensuring safety and cost-effectiveness in all engagements.

Qualifications

• Higher Education in a commercial field.
• 1-5 years Services sales experience ideally in the power plant and/or marine sectors, or related.
• Turbocharging and/or engine services sales experience is an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of the company's relevant tools and methodologies to professionally serve and sell to customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Attention to detail and problems solving skills.
• Able to prepare quality PowerPoint presentation and comfortable with public speaking (internal and external).
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Implements Service sales strategy, penetrates the installed base, promotes service offerings and pricing mechanisms.
• Prepares sales plans, reviews them regularly and proposes recovery plans.
• Identifies and develops sales opportunities to achieve volume and margin targets.
• Generates service sales leads and explores new market opportunities.
• Establishes sustainable customer relationships and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Sells the entire service offering portfolio and communicates contract details in line with strategy.
• Acts as a brand ambassador during trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
• Contributes to risk assessments related to price and quality; ensures safety and cost-effectiveness.
