Vector Synergy in Mons, Belgium seeks a service delivery professional to manage daily operations and oversee performance across incident, maintenance, and support activities.

You will coordinate service delivery, handle escalations, and lead service management meetings, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous improvement. NATO Secret clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Sufficient operational knowledge of English to understand technical, operational, safety and security instructions.
• Sufficient operational knowledge of English to communicate during service delivery and incident resolution activities.
• Sufficient operational knowledge of English to interact with Purchaser representatives where operationally required.
• Sufficient operational knowledge of English to complete service-related documentation and ticket updates.
