Vector Synergy, Mons, Belgium, is seeking a capable administrator to maintain system documentation and configuration baselines, update inventory and change records, and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.

You will document onboarding, decommissioning, and system changes, keep risk registers and spare parts records, and ensure all documentation remains complete, accurate, and auditable.

Qualifications

• Sufficient operational knowledge of English to understand technical, operational, safety, and security instructions.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining system documentation and configuration baselines.
• Updating inventory, firmware/software logs, and change records.
• Preparing service, maintenance, and performance reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Documenting onboarding, decommissioning, and system changes.
• Maintaining risk registers, spare parts records, and system diagrams.
• Ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and auditable.
