Vector Synergy in Brussels, Belgium seeks a Service Desk professional with experience in assessing and solving technical issues under pressure. The role focuses on Windows and Linux environments, VOIP/IP technologies, and support in a NATO-related environment.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing and validating SOPs and troubleshooting guides for incidents and requests.
• Maintain up-to-date manuals and documentation in Knowledge Bank for Service Desk operators.
• Help implement and improve monitoring dashboards.

• Professional experience as a Systems Administrator with knowledge of both Microsoft Windows and Linux platforms .

Duties/role

• Assisting in the development, validation and usage of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and troubleshooting guides for incidents and requests, ensuring accuracy and standardization of implemented procedures ;


• Managing and following the proper procedures to have manuals and documentation in the Knowledge Bank up to date and available for all Service Desk Operators in BGX, and in the Federated Service Desk in order to have the same working procedures ;


• Assisting in implementing and improving the functionality of the dashboards of the monitoring system.
