Vector Synergy in Mons, Belgium is seeking a Service Desk Technician with NATO Secret clearance to join our operations team. You will log and track incidents, classify by severity, and dispatch on-site technicians while maintaining clear communication with Purchaser representatives.

The role requires strong English skills to understand and follow technical, safety, and security instructions and to complete service-related documentation and ticket updates during incident resolution.

• Ability to interact with Purchaser representatives where operationally required.

• Classifying incidents by severity and priority.

• Preparing monthly service desk and incident reports.
