Xedis is seeking a highly experienced Senior SIAM / ITSM Operations Expert to support a major Belgian railway organisation in a complex multi-vendor IT environment. You will strengthen operational governance, service integration, and ITIL/ITSM processes across internal teams and suppliers.

You will work with IT operations leadership, service managers, architects and business stakeholders to orchestrate governance, process improvement and service transformation, in a senior, hands-on capacity.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT experience.
• 10+ years in IT Operations/ITSM or similar role.
• Strong ITIL 4 experience and SIAM knowledge.
• Experience with multi-vendor environments and governance.
• Proven ability to design/improve operating models and processes.
• Experience with supplier governance, outsourcing and performance management.
• Experience with service transition and handovers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to defining and improving IT Operations strategy and operating model.
• Build and enhance governance frameworks and decision structures.
• Lead SIAM implementation and improve service integration across providers.
• Advance ITIL/ITSM maturity across the service lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities among service managers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Support supplier governance, SLA/OLA tracking and reporting.
• Lead or support service transition activities and onboarding.
• Prepare operational dashboards and executive-level reports.
• Identify opportunities for process standardisation, automation and optimisation.
• Act as trusted advisor to IT Operations leadership on governance and transformation.
