Job summary

Trane Technologies in Auderghem, Belgium, is hiring a Service Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction by planning and coordinating field resources and delivering customized responses to non-standard inquiries.

You will orchestrate dispatch, scheduling of technicians, materials, subcontractors, and equipment, while collaborating with Project Managers and the HVAC Technician Supervisor to optimize operations and service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service resources, dispatch and assign team members to project.
• Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs.
• Interact with Project Managers and HVAC Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch HVAC Technicians and subcontractors.
• Coordinate operations with Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns and responding to special requests.
• Generate work orders, review project paperwork, and generate various reports.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction through planning and coordinating activities of operational resources and providing customized solutions to non-standard customer inquiries. The Service Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. The goal is to maximize service technician productivity and enhance the overall customer experience and improve operational processes.

What you will do:

• Coordinate service resources, dispatch and assign team members to project.
• Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
• Interact and communicate with all Project Managers and HVAC Service Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch HVAC Technicians and subcontractors.
• Coordinate operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition, as necessary.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
• Generate work orders, review project paperwork, forward project paperwork to Project Administrators, and generate various reports.
