Trane Technologies in Auderghem, Belgium, is seeking a Service Coordinator to plan and coordinate the activities of service resources and provide customized solutions for non-standard inquiries.

The role aims to maximize service technician productivity, deliver exceptional customer service, and continuously improve operations, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with Project Managers and HVAC Technicians. This is an on-site, five-day-per-week position.

Qualifications

• High school education is required or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems would be a bonus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to plan and set priorities to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and team.
• Proficiency in English, Dutch and French in a communicative level.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate service resources, dispatch and assign team members to project.
• Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs.
• Interact with Project Managers and HVAC Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch technicians and subcontractors.
• Coordinate operations with Parts Department and Acquisition as needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and routing them to the right staff.
• Generate work orders, review project paperwork, and produce reports.
