NextLink Group in Bruxelles, Belgium is seeking a Service Coordinator - Functional Designer with focus on end-to-end IT delivery for HR and Facility applications. You will coordinate requirements gathering, analyses, and design activities across multiple stakeholders.

You will work within the IT organization on medium to large projects, ensure robust data-oriented processes, maintain documentation, and help run the project with proactive reporting and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with user requirements gathering and functional analysis in an IT environment is a must.
• University degree as described or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in IT project coordination and design.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate requirements gathering and functional analyses across projects.
• Ensure high-quality functional and technical design of solution components.
• Set objectives/priorities with business and team and track progress.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Lead or participate in Acceptance Testing and run coordination activities.
