Qualifications

• 8+ years in functional analysis and business process modeling.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in BPMN, UML, Use Cases, and User Stories.
• Experience with Software Testing and quality assurance.
• Strong conceptual skills to translate ideas into solutions.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation abilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and French with passive English.

• Organize and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to map current and future process states.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications, including use cases and user stories.
• Ensure the implemented technical solutions stay aligned with documented business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply organizational standards to produce high-quality project deliverables.
• Analyze cross-functional impact of business decisions to ensure organizational consistency.
