Eppendorf Belgium is seeking a service coordinator to support a fast-paced service environment. You will handle customer inquiries, quote repairs, and coordinate with service engineers using CRM and SAP. Strong numeracy and accuracy with MS Word/Excel are essential, as is a professional telephone manner.

You will manage service contracts, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure timely invoicing while maintaining excellent customer communication and teamwork across the office.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a service coordinator in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Solid numeracy skills and good understanding of figures for the role.
• Office or sales environment experience and knowledge of commercial contracts desirable.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; knowledge of SAP and CRM systems.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, adaptability and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-focused attitude.

Responsabilités

• Dealing with customer queries regarding all breakdowns, preventive maintenance, renewal of service contracts.
• Actioning the service inbox
• Provide accurate quotations for the repair of Eppendorf portfolio of products
• Raising cases/work orders for repair & performance plan maintenance; allocating jobs to service engineers and closing tickets using CRM and Outlook
• Proactive communication with the customer and field sales with status updates
• Creating service contracts using Microsoft 365
• Proactive review of the service calendar and liaising with service engineers to maximise time management
• Contribute to the efficient running of the office-based team
