Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies in Belgium is seeking a Customer Care professional to serve as the interface between customers and internal teams in the EMEA region. You will manage orders, returns and sales administration, resolve inquiries, and ensure timely communication in accordance with SOPs and quality procedures.

The role requires excellent English, strong problem-solving, and proficiency with MS Office; SAP 7.2 knowledge is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office and data handling.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer orders, returns and sales administration.
• Coordinate with warehouse and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Update Master Data and create Salesforce cases related to returns, credits, and logistics issues.
• Provide live data and support to Sales and Country Managers for targets and planning.
