Eppendorf is seeking a Service Coordinator to be at the heart of our customer service operations, coordinating service requests, field engineers, and the Service Manager to deliver a seamless, high-quality service experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service coordinator in a fast-paced, reactive service environment.
• Strong customer service skills and professional telephone manner.
• Numeracy skills and a good understanding of figures.
• Experience in an office or sales environment; knowledge of commercial contracts desirable.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; knowledge of SAP and CRM systems.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, adaptability, and multitasking ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-focused attitude.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and dispatch appropriately certified Field Service Engineers.
• Manage and track in-house repairs in line with contractual requirements and service levels.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations, correspondence, and contract proposals.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, CRM entries, and inventory related to service activities.
• Provide proactive back-office and administrative support to the Service Manager and wider Service team.

By coordinating activities between customers, Field Service Engineers, and the Service Manager, you help deliver a seamless, high-quality service experience. Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication support smooth processes, timely interventions, and high customer satisfaction.
