Eppendorf is seeking a Service Coordinator to be at the heart of our customer service operations, coordinating service requests, field engineers, and the Service Manager to deliver a seamless, high-quality service experience.

Qualifications

Experience as a service coordinator in a fast-paced, reactive service environment.
Strong customer service skills and professional telephone manner.
Numeracy skills and a good understanding of figures.
Experience in an office or sales environment; knowledge of commercial contracts desirable.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel; knowledge of SAP and CRM systems.
Strong time management, attention to detail, adaptability, and multitasking ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-focused attitude.

Responsabilités

Coordinate and follow up on customer service, repair, and maintenance requests.
Schedule and dispatch appropriately certified Field Service Engineers.
Manage and track in-house repairs in line with contractual requirements and service levels.
Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations, correspondence, and contract proposals.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, CRM entries, and inventory related to service activities.
Provide proactive back-office and administrative support to the Service Manager and wider Service team.
