Job summary

EngiFlex BV seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the MAG41 remediation and warehouse transformation in Hoboken. You will govern the integrated project scope, coordinate governance, and drive progress reporting with a focus on safety and operational continuity.

You will manage multiple workstreams, ensure alignment with operations and IT, and deliver milestones, budgets and risk mitigation in a dynamic industrial setting. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project/program management in warehousing/logistics/industrial transformation.
• Proven governance setup and leadership of multiple workstreams.
• Able to stabilize operations under pressure while delivering parallel projects.
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes: inbound, storage, outbound, inventory control, repair/returns.
• Experience with SAP WM/EWM, IM and MM is an advantage.
• Capable of budgeting, cost tracking and WBS follow-up at project level.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant field; PMP/PRINCE2/IPMA a plus; Lean/Six Sigma a plus.
• On-site availability at Hoboken site for project days.

Responsibilities

• Set up and chair project governance with steering committee and workstreams.
• Define roles across warehouse management, PMO, and operations.
• Translate remediation needs into integrated scope with clear workstreams and milestones.
• Validate integrated project plan aligning timing, resources and constraints.
• Coordinate workstreams: remediation, safety, capacity, processes, and systems embedding.
• Monitor operational impact and align mitigation with stakeholders.
• Lead PMO and manage planning, budget and risk reporting to Steering Committee.
• Determine need for external support and integrate into planning.
• Oversee budget, commitments, and external contractor costs with controlling.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation actions.
• Provide concise progress reporting on budget, risks, decisions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, IT, EHS, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards on active industrial site.
• Deliver a transferable project structure at project end.
