Job summary
Proactive Global is seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead the functional and technical integration of advanced warehouse automation across Europe. You will start from sales handover through delivery, working directly with customers to align operations, define system communications, and ensure the complete solution works in practice.
This role requires 5+ years in IT/software implementation or systems integration, with strong WMS/ERP exposure.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT/software implementation and systems integration in warehouse/logistics environments.
- Ability to translate operational requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the integration concept for complex warehouse automation projects.
- Coordinate integrations between automation systems and WMS, ERP, MES, and other systems.
- Lead functional workshops with customers and partners and translate requirements into specs.
- Define testing strategies and coordinate go-live activities.
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders; handle risks and changes.
