EarthStream Global is seeking a PMO Officer for a 6-month project in Hoboken, Belgium. The role focuses on daily coordination, planning, monitoring, documentation and reporting within a warehouse transformation program.

You will work under the Senior Project Manager and coordinate across stakeholders and contractors in a hands-on, operational environment. The position requires a PMO mindset, 5+ years in similar projects, warehouse/logistics experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in logistics, supply chain, business or engineering.
• PMO or project coordinator with 5+ years preferred.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain projects.
• Experience with budget tracking, reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Fluent in Dutch and good English.

Responsabilidades

• Translate MAG41 remediation and warehouse transformation into an integrated project plan.
• Consolidate handover from the crash-action phase into the plan.
• Maintain master planning aligning technical, safety and operational constraints.
• Track actions and deliverables across stakeholders and contractors.
• Prepare project and steering meeting materials: agenda, minutes and actions.
• Coordinate daily follow-up and reporting under the Senior PMO.
