Job summary

EngiFlex BV is seeking a hands-on PMO Officer/Project Coordinator to support warehouse transformation projects at our Hoboken facility. You will coordinate day-to-day planning, follow-up, and reporting under the Senior Project Manager, ensuring alignment with operational constraints and safety measures.

You will manage budgets, track costs, prepare steering materials, and maintain effective stakeholder communication across warehouse teams, engineering, procurement and external partners.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a PMO Officer or Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Translate remediation scope into an integrated project plan with scope, milestones, owners and resources.
• Consolidate handover from the initial action phase into the integrated project plan with ongoing interventions and costs.
• Maintain master planning and align technical works with safety and operational constraints.
• Track progress across workstreams; elevate risks and decisions when needed.
• Prepare project and steering meeting materials including agendas, minutes and action points.
• Manage project budget, commitments, actual costs, forecasts and WBS follow-up.
