Lineage is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its Belgium operations, based in Ieper (Ypres). The role leads all facility engineering and maintenance activities for automated warehousing, with a focus on reliability, cost control, and safety.

You will manage budgets, supplier contracts, and cross-site maintenance initiatives, while mentoring technical staff and coordinating with regional leadership. The successful candidate will have 5+ years in distribution/warehouse maintenance management,

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in distribution/warehouse maintenance management
• Experience with refrigeration, MHE, building maintenance, warehouse automation, and IT systems
• Relevant certification
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French preferred

Responsabilités

• Develop and deploy solid engineering and maintenance practices, processes and procedures
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance performance
• Coordinate audits and inspections; follow up on action plans
• Advise on Lineage Europe maintenance strategy with REM
• Manage maintenance budgets, repairs and contracts across sites
• Engage suppliers for efficient maintenance; negotiate contracts and monitor performance
• Collaborate with Site Management to coordinate actions across sites
• Administer local SOPs and company policies
• Establish metrics for consistency across campuses
• Support sustainability projects reducing CO2 impact
• Provide guidance on recruitment, promotions, and payroll related to technical staff
• Conduct performance reviews and develop talent
• Lead on-site Capex/Opex projects aligned with region priorities
• Provide technical support to sites for maintenance issues
• Monitor investment budgets and project deployment
