Materialise is seeking a Product Manager – eCommerce to strengthen our digital customer experience and commercial capabilities. You will define the vision, drive execution, and coordinate delivery with UX, Engineering, and business partners to deliver high-impact digital solutions for our software business.

You’ll work within a collaborative environment at Materialise Software, partnering with marketing, product, and technology teams to translate business needs into prioritized product roadmaps

Qualifications

• Experience in digital product management, digital experience, commercial platforms, or marketing technology.
• Proven ability to lead digital initiatives from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys and software business environments.
• Ability to connect business goals, user needs, and technical delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A hands-on, structured, and proactive way of working.
• Comfort operating in a dynamic environment with a high level of ownership.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage the roadmap for ecommerce initiatives.
• Translate marketing and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Work with UX and Engineering to deliver the product roadmap.
• Drive delivery from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on customer journey design, conversion optimization, and digital improvements.
• Support go-to-market initiatives with marketing and commercial stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and guide data-informed decisions.
