Materialise Software is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead design for complex, enterprise-grade B2B software. You will own end-to-end UX, conduct user research, run workshops, craft information architecture, and build realistic prototypes with front-end code.

You will mentor peers and contribute to a design system, reporting to the UX Manager. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, use AI tools to accelerate workflows, and influence how great work gets done in a

Qualifications

Must-have 8+ years of experience designing complex B2B, enterprise, SaaS, or workflow-heavy products with end-to-end ownership.
Strong craft across interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping with tangible decisions.
Comfortable near the front-end and able to build realistic prototypes using production code.
Builder-level AI fluency with tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Copilot, and VS Code.
Experience contributing to a design system used by other teams.
Excellent communication and ability to surface risks early and drive decisions.

Responsabilités

Own UX design for complex product areas end-to-end from discovery to handoff.
Plan and run research and workshops with users and stakeholders.
Design workflows, IA, user flows, and prototypes including edge cases.
Build realistic prototypes that behave like the product using UI libraries and code.
Contribute to design system and collaborate with Product & Engineering early in the process.
Use AI across workflow, verify outputs, and ensure quality of every artifact.
