Materialise Software is seeking a Senior UX Designer with 8+ years of experience to lead the design of complex, enterprise-grade B2B software, turning dense workflows into clear, efficient interfaces for expert users. You will join a small cross-functional team, mentoring others and shaping design quality across the product.

You will own end-to-end UX, conduct research and workshops, design information architecture and prototypes, contribute to the design system, and work closely with Product

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing complex B2B, enterprise SaaS or workflow-heavy products.
• Evidence-based design approach; able to validate problems before designing solutions.
• Experience contributing to a design system and mentoring teammates.

Responsabilités

• Own UX design for complex product areas end-to-end, from discovery through delivery.
• Lead user research, workshops, interviews, usability testing, journey mapping and card sorting.
• Design information architecture, user flows, and prototypes to withstand critique and sign-off.
• Build realistic prototypes using UI component libraries and production code.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering early in the process and contribute to design system development.
• Apply AI thoughtfully across workflows and verify every output attributed to you.
