NTT DATA is seeking an Associate Client Project Manager in a hybrid working setup. This entry-level role involves leading and coordinating multiple standard client projects and supporting the full project lifecycle from concept to handover under guidance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in business, fluency in French or Dutch with English proficiency, and PRINCE2 Foundation (advantageous) with ITIL being beneficial. A global, diverse workplace with growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business.
• Fluency in either French or Dutch, with a good working knowledge of the other national language and full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• PRINCE2 Foundation certification is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
• ITIL certification is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Interfaces with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation.
• Ensures that the project delivers the as-sold solution, remains within baseline budget, and is delivered on time while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Manages client satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.
• Manages the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that client requirements are met, timelines are adhered to, and deliverables are achieved.
• Ensures effective project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
