PwC Belgium is seeking a Transaction Services Expert to lead high‑impact financial due diligence engagements across diverse industries. You will manage planning, budgeting, and execution while delivering timely, high‑quality insights to clients and deal stakeholders.

You will analyse earnings quality, cash flows and value drivers, applying Excel modelling and data-analytics techniques to support investment decisions and deliver practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence, M&A advisory, transaction services or related financial environment.
• Master's level degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, Accounting or similar.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements across a broad range of industries and deal sizes.
• Plan, budget, and deliver engagements with high quality and timely completion.
• Analyse earnings quality, working capital trends, cash flows and key value drivers.
• Translate complex findings into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with strategy, operations, tax, legal, HR and tech teams to provide integrated advice.
