PwC is seeking a Transaction Services Expert (Manager level) to lead financial due diligence engagements across diverse industries. You will collaborate with clients, deal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, timely results and exceptional client experiences.

In this role, you will plan projects, manage budgets, analyze earnings quality, and apply advanced financial analysis and data analytics.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence, M&A advisory, transaction services or related field.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, Accounting or similar.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities and understanding of accounting principles.

• Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements across a broad range of industries and transaction sizes.
• Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery with high quality outcomes.
• Analyze financial performance, earnings quality, working capital trends, cash flows and key value drivers.
