EY-Parthenon in Belgium seeks a (Senior) Manager Financial Due Diligence to lead transaction diligence, assess business drivers, and deliver high-quality insights for private equity and corporate clients.

You will coach junior staff, coordinate with clients and targets, and produce deliverables including reports and presentations, leveraging strong accounting knowledge and AI trends in professional contexts.

Qualifications

• Master degree and 5+ years of experience in Transactions.
• Excellent trilingual Dutch/French/English.
• Good accounting knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Perform financial due diligence relating to the sale/purchase of companies and businesses; identify issues and assess impact on the transaction.
• Identify and understand key business drivers and provide value to the client.
• Liaise with target and client at all levels.
• Collaborate with team, share responsibility, communicate issues, conclusions and progress.
