Job summary

LDS Advisory BV in Belgium seeks a Transaction Advisor to lead buy- and sell-side financial due diligence projects for corporate and private equity clients. You will manage end-to-end delivery, perform rigorous financial analyses, and synthesize data into clear reports.

You will collaborate with other LDS teams, act as a sparring partner to C-level stakeholders, and guide junior members while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in financial due diligence, transaction-related advice or business controlling.
• Strong numerical abilities with reporting and analysis using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Curious and eager to learn, both on the job and through coaching.
• Pro-active mindset and self-awareness.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Sense of humour and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy- and sell-side financial due diligence projects for corporate and private equity clients.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery in close collaboration with the client.
• Perform and review financial analyses to assess deal drivers, value, and risks.
• Synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable reports and insights.
• Collaborate with other LDS teams (tax, transformation, strategy) to offer integrated solutions.
• Act as a sparring partner to C-level stakeholders and investment professionals.
• Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and expectations stay aligned.
• Guide junior team members and support their growth.
