Aubay Belgium is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst with 10+ years of experience to translate business needs into precise technical specs and support a major transformation to a microservice-based architecture. You will work with Agile teams, help refine requirements, and diagnose UAT and production issues while guiding junior staff.

The role emphasizes data management, API design, and strong SQL skills, with fluency in English and a preference for Dutch or French.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile/Scrum with strong BPMN and UML.
• Proficiency with SQL and data modeling; ability to query datasets and interpret results.
• Ability to design sequence diagrams and interface contracts for APIs (sync/async).
• Knowledge of microservices architectures and testing methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Translate business requirements into clear functional/technical specifications.
• Support Agile refinement and participate in UAT & production issue diagnosis.
• Contribute to a major transformation migrating monolith to microservices-based architecture.
• Lead/co‑ordinate junior team activities and project coordination as needed.
